We walk the site with you, check access for machinery and agree exactly what needs to be cleared.

Clear & demolish
Vegetation, structures and obstructions are removed safely, working around boundaries and services.

Remove & haul
Debris and spoil are loaded out and taken away for correct disposal — nothing left behind.

Level & hand over
The ground is graded and levelled so the site is ready for foundations or the next trade.

Do you take the waste away?
Yes. Debris, spoil and demolition material are hauled off site and disposed of responsibly, so you're left with clean, level ground.
Can you clear a site that's hard to access?
In most cases, yes. We assess access for machinery first and plan the work around tight or awkward sites — common enough on the Connemara coast.
Do you clear sites for other builders?
We do. Site clearing can be booked as a standalone job or as the first stage of a full build with us.
